Advisory & Engagements

From a single high-visibility moment to an ongoing advisory relationship.

Jill advises organizations, executives, and agencies on executive communications, editorial strategy, media training, and thought leadership.

Every engagement begins with a conversation to define the audience, business objective, editorial opportunity, and appropriate level of support.

01 / Strategic editorial advisory

For organizations that need a defined editorial strategy, stronger executive messaging, or an ongoing advisory relationship. The work connects audience understanding, research, and a credible point of view to a practical plan.

Strategic editorial project

A focused engagement around a specific initiative. Deliverables include research and competitive landscape analysis; editorial strategy and source mapping; an annual editorial calendar; story platform development; three to five developed media angles; target media and executive messaging recommendations; and one presentation and review session.

Monthly strategic editorial advisory

Three-month minimum. Each level is calibrated to the cadence, depth, and access required.

Level I: monthly editorial counsel, news-peg identification, limited pitch review, and agency brainstorming.

Level II: monthly planning, with Level I support plus editorial calendar management, source and opportunity development, executive preparation, pitch refinement, and limited media training.

Level III: weekly and on-call support for executive communications, thought leadership, media training, editorial and conference strategy, speaking opportunities, and agency collaboration.

02 / Recurring editorial series

Create editorial continuity across executive forums, panels, and fireside conversations. Topic sequencing, preparation, and a consistent editorial framework help each conversation contribute to the larger program.

Executive thought leadership series

Three-month minimum

A recurring engagement connecting topic strategy, speaker recommendations, executive preparation, and live moderation. Includes an editorial roadmap, monthly or bi-weekly topic planning, discussion frameworks, continuity across the series, and a quarterly strategy review.

Editorial series strategy

For organizations that want the editorial architecture before committing to ongoing execution. Includes an annual editorial roadmap, topic sequencing, speaker ecosystem, editorial calendar, theme development, audience strategy, and content strategy. This is a consulting engagement; live moderation is not included.

Bespoke series can be scoped for multi-market programs, integrated conference series, internal executive forums, or additional research and content development.

03 / Executive media training

Customized coaching combines practical preparation with an applied media interview conducted by Jill. Both formats include a professionally produced full-length segment and five edited short-form clips, giving the executive an opportunity to put the preparation into practice and leave with usable content.

Half-day executive media training

Up to four hours

Focused preparation for a defined communications need, such as a media interview, conference appearance, investor presentation, executive announcement, or product launch.

Includes a pre-session intake questionnaire and review of company messaging; interview preparation and on-camera coaching; message development; bridging, pivot, and difficult-question techniques; an applied media interview with real-time feedback; the full-length segment and five clips; and a written summary of recommendations.

Full-day executive media training

For executives preparing for high-visibility interviews, conference appearances, fireside chats, and broader communications responsibilities. Suitable for C-suite executives, leadership teams, founders, subject-matter experts, and corporate spokespersons.

Includes discovery to define the audience and objectives; customized messaging; multiple simulated interviews; broadcast-camera coaching; panel and fireside preparation; executive presence, body language, and delivery; challenging-question techniques; an applied media interview with playback and refinement; the full-length segment and five clips; and a personalized action plan.

Team sessions, multiple spokespersons, specialized simulations, sector-specific research, and additional production or content needs are scoped separately.

04 / Panel moderation

Editorial preparation and live facilitation for executive panels and industry conversations, grounded in the audience, the subject matter, and the purpose of the event.

Executive panel moderation

Live moderation for a defined panel or executive conversation. Strategic development beyond standard preparation is priced separately.

Strategic executive panel moderation

Includes a discovery call, editorial theme refinement, a discussion framework, moderator preparation, an executive preparation call, live moderation, and a post-event debrief.

These are editorial and strategic services. Event production, logistics, scheduling, speaker coordination, venue management, audiovisual production, and registration are excluded unless otherwise agreed.

05 / Speaking, interviews, and content days

Speaking engagements

Jill participates as a speaker or featured contributor in keynotes, fireside conversations, executive forums, conferences, and industry events. Topics span financial markets, emerging technology, media, communications, and governance, developed around the audience and event objectives.

On-site interview and content day

For conferences, corporate programs, and branded content initiatives requiring multiple on-camera or live conversations in a single day. Work may include executive interviews, thought-leadership conversations, event-floor coverage, and short-form or long-form content.

Editorial preparation, interview development, and on-camera hosting are tailored to the audience, subject matter, and distribution. Pricing depends on interview volume, preparation, event duration, travel, production responsibilities, and content usage. Multi-day engagements and expanded editorial development are scoped separately.

06 / How we work together

Where does an engagement begin?

With a conversation to define the audience, business objective, editorial opportunity, and appropriate level of support. The resulting proposal identifies the work, deliverables, responsibilities, and timing.

Can the engagement be customized?

Yes. Bespoke projects and customized pricing are available for specialized objectives, formats, and levels of support. Final scope, deliverables, timing, travel, usage, and fees are documented in a written proposal or statement of work.

How are promotional use and approvals handled?

Approved biographical materials and headshots may be used to promote the specific engagement. Unless otherwise specified in the statement of work, use of Jill’s name, image, likeness, voice, or credentials in broader marketing, advertising, endorsement, or commercial materials requires prior written approval.

Let’s begin with a conversation.

Define the audience. Clarify the objective. Build the right editorial strategy.
